Repossession isn't something we like to talk about, but the scenario is all too real if you can't keep up with your car payments. If this has happened to you, do you know where to go in Eugene to get financed again? Not all dealerships work with the kind of lenders that can help people who have a repossession on their credit. Here at Drivers Lane, we know which dealers can help in and around Eugene.

Repossessions stay on your credit reports for up to seven years, but the impact of it lessens over time. Most lenders want you to wait a year before you can get an auto loan. This can be a long time to go without a car, especially if you need a vehicle to commute to and from work or other activities around Eugene. The best way to avoid this wait time is to stop the repo before it starts. Talk to your lender at the first sign you'll have trouble meeting your payment obligations. In some cases there are options your lender can take to make sure the repossession process doesn't have to move forward.

So, if you've had a repo in Eugene and can't wait any longer to look for another vehicle, let Drivers Lane guide you toward a dealer that can work through bad credit situations. The process is free, and there's no obligation. Just click here to get started.

Alternatively, there are cases where there are other bills that are causing you to come up short on your car payments. If you can discharge those in Chapter 7, it might free up enough of your finances to continue making payments on your car. You will need to reaffirm the debt and commit to making future payments and arrearages.

If your vehicle was just repossessed or if you know it is about to be repossessed, call Butcher Law Office, LLC at (541) 762-1967 immediately for a free 60-minute strategy session to determine how to save your vehicle. There may be very little time to resolve a vehicle repossession. Contact Butcher Law Office LLC right away.

There may be one disadvantage to buying, leasing, or renting an automobile from a we finance used car lot in Eugene, OR. Often, these IH financing lots do not report your weekly payments to the credit bureaus, so if you have bad credit, no credit, or bankruptcy a BHPH car loan may not help improve a damaged credit score. What that means is that if you currently have a low or zero credit score the only reason you should use a Eugene pay weekly car lot is that you have no other option. We recommend that you start online before you visit the showroom. To get started use our Eugene inhouse auto financing online application.

When it comes to the cost of living in Oregon, utility bills are one of the few places where you can save some money. The average electric bill in Oregon is $94, which puts it well below the national average of $107 and ranks it at 36th nationally.

First-time buyers may qualify for down payment assistance loans or grant money to help with their closing costs. There are two homeownership programs to note in Oregon; one is offered by the state government and the other is run by OHCS.

There are four water falls that you are able to walk behind. South Falls is the famous one, though Lower South, North and Middle North all have an amphitheater that provides enough room for a trail. The water of Silver Creek flows over a thick basalt lava flow that is resting on softer, older rock. As the water loses elevation this softer layer beneath has eroded and created a natural pathway.

Upper North Falls is a pet friendly waterfall! The short trail leads to the base of the 65 foot cascade where on leash your pet can swim and lap up the crystal clear water of Silver Creek. South Falls can be viewed with a pet, though the trail to walk inbehind is not accessible.

The South Falls Day Use Area has spacious lawns, BBQ stands, picnic shelters or tables, playground, swimming area, horse shoe pits, pet off-leash area, and the charming creek Silver Falls is famous for. Ever since the opening day in 1933; visitors have been using these grounds for potlucks, family reunions and weddings, all within a short walk to view the famous 177 foot South Falls. Also located within South Falls Day Use is the Historic South Falls lodge; on rainy or snowy days there will be a fire to warm up next to and a café for warm food & snacks (ice cream too!) Friendly volunteers welcome questions about park history, flora, fauna and are happy to recommend specific trails. The nearby Friends of Silver Falls Nature Store has nature-based merchandise and local artisan crafts.

There are several benefits to renting to own an enclosed trailer. First, it allows you to try out the trailer before purchasing. This can be especially useful if you are unsure about your long-term trailer needs or want to see how the trailer performs in different situations. Second, it can be a more affordable option, as the upfront cost and monthly payments may be lower than the total purchase price of the trailer. Finally, it can provide the flexibility to own the trailer outright rather than renting or leasing it continually.

There are also some drawbacks to consider when renting to own an enclosed trailer. For one, the total cost of the rental period may be higher than if you had purchased the trailer outright. Additionally, you may have different ownership and control over the trailer if you had purchased it outright. Finally, you may be subject to certain restrictions or conditions on the use of the trailer, depending on the terms of the rental agreement.

Buy-here-pay-here (BHPH) financing and rent-to-own (RTO) agreements are similar in that they allow individuals to make regular payments for a trailer, with the option to eventually own it at the end of the payment period. However, there are some differences between the two:

After college, he moved to Japan, starting a website that connected Japanese and English pen pals. Eventually he landed a job with an architecture firm in Brooklyn.
