The Scheme was approved by the High Court on 30th July 2021. This meant that all Unaffordable Lending claims must have been made within the Scheme and submitted via the Claims Portal, prior to the Claims Submission Deadline on 28th February 2022. The Scheme has now concluded and therefore we will no longer be registering any new complaints with regards to unaffordable lending that fall within the scope of the Scheme nor can we accept any new claims within the Scheme.
